MDC provides design documentation, drafting, coordination, marketing, operations, and related support services to building design firms and builders. The specific scope, fees, and timelines for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quotation, or service agreement, which forms part of these terms.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver our services. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect delivery timelines and outcomes.

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the terms specified on the invoice. MDC reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

Ownership of deliverables and any licensing terms are set out in your engagement agreement. The content of this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of MDC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

MDC treats client information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations. We expect the same care in relation to any confidential information we share with you.

We aim to deliver work consistent with applicable Australian and New Zealand standards. However, final responsibility for statutory approvals, certifications, and site-specific compliance rests with the client and their appointed certifiers unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our website may reference third-party websites or tools. MDC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Any fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

MDC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
